Interior Paint · Exterior Paint · Drywall · Texture

Better paint begins before the first finish coat.

Drywall repair, surface preparation and professional painting scopes for remodels, occupied homes, exteriors and property improvements across the Inland Empire.

A complete construction scope

Preparation determines what the finished wall reveals.

Paint cannot hide loose texture, failed caulk, water-damaged drywall or poor patches. The scope should state what will be repaired, sanded, protected, primed and coated.

We separate walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and exterior surfaces in the proposal so the number of coats, sheen, color changes and preparation level are clear.

For standalone single-trade scopes, work is contracted and performed consistent with California licensing requirements, including appropriately licensed specialty trade partners when required.

Typical project scope

Protection, repair, preparation and finish.

Final work is based on existing conditions, approved plans when applicable, and your written construction agreement.

Written finish schedule

Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets are different scopes.

A professional proposal separates surfaces and preparation. It also identifies whether materials, repairs, masking, occupied-room movement and color changes are included.

Common questions

What homeowners ask before starting.

Is paint included in the estimate?

It can be. We provide either labor-only or labor-and-material pricing and identify the assumed product line, sheen, colors and number of coats.

Can you match an existing wall texture?

We can blend common textures, but an exact invisible match depends on the existing material, age, lighting and repair size. The expected blend area is discussed before work begins.

Do you paint cabinets and doors?

Yes, when specifically included. Cabinet and door refinishing requires its own cleaning, preparation, primer, coating and curing process and is priced separately from wall painting.

Can exterior painting include stucco or wood repair?

Yes. Visible stucco cracks, failed sealant, damaged trim or fascia can be included. Concealed rot or larger substrate repairs discovered during preparation are documented before additional work.

How long before painted rooms can be used?

Many areas can be used carefully after the coating is dry to the touch, but full cure takes longer. We provide product-specific ventilation, handling and reinstallation guidance.
